The weekly replenishment sheet pre-fills every open item with a suggested quantity. When the shelf is empty that is at least the display minimum, usually 2. If you type 0 on a line, that only lasts for the week: next Monday the item is back on the sheet with the same suggestion.
This report lists the items a store has zeroed on each of its last three weekly sheets. Every one of them needs a decision: either the item belongs in the store and should get its display stock, or it does not and should be closed at that store.
Pick a store. The report rebuilds that store's last three weekly sheets from stock history, which takes a few seconds. Each row shows the shelf count, how long the shelf has been empty, what the warehouse holds, sales at this store and across the chain over the last year, the last sale here, and the quantity the latest sheet suggested.
Closing is the same switch as the status badge on the sheet and on Purchasing → Inventory. It only affects this store, and you can reopen an item from either place.
The second tab, Closed, consider opening, lists items closed at the store that deserve a second look. Only items the warehouse can supply (at least 2 on hand) are shown, for one of two reasons:
Open here reopens the item at this store, and Open all that sell elsewhere reopens every proven-demand row at once. A reopened item appears on the next weekly sheet with its display stock.
The report lives under Reports, so it needs a role that includes that module. Purchasing and admin users can pick any store, which makes this the quickest way to check whether a store is working its sheet or deleting it. A store role that has Reports sees only its own store.
