Every product can have a page a customer reaches by scanning a QR code you put on shelf signage. The page shows the product, its price and the details you approve, and it has a chat where the customer can ask about that product. Marketing → Product pages is where you manage them.
Nothing goes live by accident. The whole feature has an on/off switch at the top of that page, and each product page has to be approved by you before a customer sees any of its content.
Tick the switch at the top of Product pages. While it is off, scanning a QR code shows nothing, so you can draft and approve pages first and open the whole thing when you are ready.
Regenerate writes a fresh draft. An approved page stays live and unchanged until you approve the new draft, so you can redraft safely during opening hours.
Click Download QR code on the product page editor, or use the same link in Item Lookupon the floor. You get a PNG to drop into your own signage. The code points at that product's page and does not change, so signage stays valid after you edit or reapprove the page.
A product with no approved page still works: the customer sees the name, image, price and details, just without the written content or the questions.
Where the material gives a product a story, Stokk leads with it: where an ingredient is grown and who grows it, why the product was made, the people behind it. That is what a customer actually reads. It will not invent a story, so if a product has none, it says so in the notes rather than making something up.
The page and the chat show the product name, brand, image, price including any active discount, product details, and the content you approved. They also suggest a few related products.
The chat can also search your live range, so a customer asking "have you got a different one of these?" gets real options with a reason for each. It reads the descriptions from your online shop, so a product you have not published online is a name and a price to it and little more. Publishing a product online is the quickest way to make the chat better at recommending it.
Nothing else is reachable. Cost, margin, supplier information, stock levels and the internal product file are not in the page or the chat at all, and the chat points customers to a member of staff for stock, orders and anything outside your range.
Unpublish on a single product drops it back to the basic details. Unticking the switch on the list page turns off every customer page and the chat at once, immediately.
