Overview

• Dashboard — the CEO view: revenue and gross margin this month (vs last month and last year), capital efficiency (inventory value, GMROI, dead stock), and what needs attention today. Background-job and sync health moved to Admin → System Status.

Store Operations

For store managers running a single location.

• Replenishment — review and confirm today's recommended order for your store.
• Rebalancing — move stock between stores when one is overstocked and another is thin.
• Critical Inventory — watchlist of must-not-run-out SKUs per store, with refill capability from the warehouse. See Critical Inventory.
• Price Labels — scan or search items and print Windsor 50×38 mm shelf labels. See Price labels.
• In-store Pickup — pick Shopify pickup orders, mark them ready, and hand them over. See In-store pickup.

Point of Sale

Open Till launches the mini POS at /pos — a fast register for walk-in and pop-up sales. See The mini till.

Warehouse

Floor tools for warehouse staff.

• Outbound Board — a wall display of outbound transfers and sales orders. See Outbound Board.

For the team buying from suppliers across all locations.

• Morning Brief — Claude's overnight analysis of which suppliers to order from today.
• Suppliers — supplier records, their SIFs, and per-supplier replenishment views.
• Purchase Orders — open and historical POs.
• Inventory — current stock for items across all locations.
• Saved reports — your saved Inventory views, and the ones shared with your company. See Saved reports.

Reports

• Sales — net revenue trends, day / week / month.

Marketing

Visible to company admins. Schedule percent-off discounts that push to DK and Shopify on the timetable you set — see Discounts. Floor staff see ongoing offers under Store Operations → Active Discounts.

Customers

Everyone who buys from you, in one place. See Customers.

• All Customers— a searchable, filterable list ranked by the last 12 months' spend; open anyone for their profile, spend history, orders, and loyalty cards. Create customers here and push them to your ERP.
• Intelligence file — teach Stokk how your business reads its customers. See Customer Intelligence File.
• Loyalty Programs, Applications, Bulk import — wallet loyalty now lives under Customers. Shown when your company has the loyalty module. See Loyalty.

Admin

Visible to company admins. Configure users, roles, locations, products, suppliers, integrations, and audit history. Use Roles to decide which modules each role can open.
