Online Orders (under Warehouse) is where you ship Shopify orders that go out from the warehouse. Pick the order on the floor, create the carrier shipment, print the label, and the Shopify order is marked fulfilled with tracking; you never open Shopify. (Orders for in-store pickup stay in Store Ops.)
The search box at the top filters the current tab by customer name or order number (with or without the #), so you can find an order in either To ship or Shipped, including older ones.
Tap Sync to pull the latest, then open an order in the To ship list. Each line shows the variant size the customer ordered (for example 400 g vs 1 kg) and its 📍 bin location so anyone can find it, plus a 📦 in stock figure: the last-known on-hand for that item at the location you are picking from, so you know up front whether you have 3 or 30 (it is a rough guide, not a live count, and turns red when it is below the ordered quantity). Pick the items; for anything out of stock tap Not avail. (or just pick fewer than ordered).
Then Ship & fulfil: Stokk ships to the exact carrier and pickup point the customer chose at checkout; you only set the number of parcels. The label prints (or downloads), and the Shopify order is fulfilled with the tracking number, so the customer gets the carrier's notification. The order moves to Shipped.
If you can't fill everything, ship what you have: items flagged Not avail. (or picked short, e.g. 3 of 4) are left off the shipment. Shopify records a partial fulfilment for what shipped; the rest stays unfulfilled for you to refund or cancel in Shopify. If nothing is available, there's no shipment; handle the whole order in Shopify.
Tapping Not avail. asks what to do:
Anything removed shows up under stock discrepancies for a manager to settle. Refunds stay in Shopify.
The order shows the shipment's status with Label (reprint / download), Track, and ↻ to refresh status. If the Shopify fulfilment didn't go through, a Push to Shopify button retries it. Need a different point or carrier? Use Ship manually instead.
If you fulfil an order straight in Shopify instead of here, the next Sync notices it and moves it to Shipped on its own, even if you only shipped part of it. Orders still show in To ship only while Shopify has them fully unfulfilled.
