Put awayis a quick scan tool for warehouse staff. You scan an item, type where it lives, and Stokk writes that shelf location back to the item's warehouse record in your ERP. It's built for a barcode gun and works equally well on a phone.
Pick a Warehouse at the top. The list shows your active locations that have a linked ERP warehouse code — if a location is missing, link its code under Admin → Locations. With a single warehouse it's selected for you.
One item at a time. Scan the item (barcode or item code), then the cursor jumps to Location — type or scan the shelf and press Enter, or hit Save. The fields clear and focus returns to the scanner, ready for the next item. Use Clear if you scanned the wrong thing.
Best when you're filling one shelf with many items. Enter a Location once to lock it in, then scan item after item — each scan is saved to that location and the field re-arms automatically. Click Changeto switch to a new location. A double trigger-pull of the same barcode within a second is ignored, so you won't double-save.
Stokk resolves your scan against its own product catalog first (barcode, SKU, or item code), and only asks the ERP directly if it can't find a match locally. That keeps scanning fast and avoids unnecessary ERP calls. If nothing matches you'll see Product not found — check the item exists and has synced.
Every scan lands in the Recent activity list with the item, the location, and the time. Successful saves show the resolved item; failures show the reason in red so you can re-scan. The list keeps the last 15 entries for the session.
