Dropp is an Icelandic carrier. Once connected, a Ship via button appears on each sales order and store transfer so you can create the consignment, print the Dropp label, and track it — useful for orders you ship yourself.
A company admin enters the credentials once, in Integrations → Dropp: your Store ID and API key (both from your Dropp account). The key is stored encrypted and never shown again. Tap Test connection to confirm it works.
Open the order and tap Ship via Dropp. Choose Home delivery (the recipient and address are filled in from the customer — edit if needed) or a Pickup point (search the live list of Dropp locations). Add the recipient's phone and email so Dropp can notify them, a kennitala if your account requires it, and a declared value if you want one. Tap Create shipment.
After creating the shipment the order shows its Dropp status. Use Print label to send the Dropp label to your printer (via PrintNode), or Download to print from your browser. Track opens Dropp's tracking page, and ↻ refreshes the status. Cancel voids the shipment while Dropp still allows it.
Dropp serves Iceland only. Home delivery needs a street address, postcode and town. Pricing isn't part of Dropp's API, so Stokk doesn't quote a shipping cost — billing stays between you and Dropp.
