In-store pickuplets store staff handle online orders that customers collect in store — pick the items, tell the customer it's ready, and hand it over — all from Stokk, so you don't need a Shopify POS license at every store.
Two one-time steps by an admin: connect Shopify under Admin → Integrations (the token needs order & fulfillment permissions), and link each store to its Shopify location under Admin → Locationsso orders route to the right store's queue.
Tap Sync to pull the latest pickup orders. The queue shows one store at a time — your own store by default; if you cover more than one, switch with the store picker. Filter by status (New / Ready for pickup / Completed). Each order is a single row showing the customer, order total, payment status, and how many lines are picked.
Tap an order to open it. For each line, tap Pick one to add a unit, or Pick all to grab the whole quantity at once — handy when a customer buys several of the same item. Undobacks a unit off. A line turns green once you've picked everything on it, so you can see at a glance what's left. Once every line is green, tap Mark ready for pickup— this moves the order to Shopify's “Ready for pickup” state and sends the customer the notification. When they collect it, tap Customer picked up to fulfill the order in Shopify.
Opening an order claims it so teammates can see it's being handled; stepping away releases it. Open in Shopifyjumps to the order if you need the full details. The order also shows the customer's email, phone, and address — handy if something's out of stock and you need to reach them about a replacement or refund.
Busy stores can track where each bagged order is waiting. An admin turns on Pickup bins for a store under Admin → Locations. Once on, the pick screen gains a Bin location field — scan or type the shelf/bin when you set the order aside.
At collection, open Handoverfrom the pickup queue and scan the order number from the customer's “Ready for pickup” notification. Stokk shows the order, its bin location, and the items, so you can grab the right bag and tap Complete pickup.
