   Training module: card-deck lessons on staff phones

   Short swipeable lesson decks staff finish on the floor in minutes. New hires join by scanning a QR code, no app install and no company email needed. Completion tracked per person, per deck, across stores.

   Point of Sale: a till in the browser, wherever you need one

   Scan, take payment, done. Cash, card, split tenders and store credit, returns and parked sales, line and standing discounts. Every sale posts as an ERP invoice, and sales queue if the ERP goes down. Runs on an iPad, laptop or handheld.

   Shipping labels: Dropp and Pósturinn

   Print carrier labels straight from a sales order. Dropp and Iceland Post (Pósturinn) supported first, with tracking linked back to the order.

   CRM module: customers, segments, customer health

   A customer record that lives next to your stock and sales. Profiles, segments, purchase and visit history, customer-health signals, and loyalty folded in. New customers push straight to your ERP.

   Reporting: retire Power BI for retail reporting

   Revenue and margin month-over-month and year-over-year, GMROI, dead stock, customer health, on a scoreboard built for retail. No data warehouse, no separate BI licence.

   Run a marketing campaign with a scope and a window, then measure the actual lift against a baseline. Discounts and promotions tracked on the same data.

   Stores can order straight from a supplier when it makes sense, bypassing the warehouse. Each role, buyer, store manager, warehouse, opens its own scoreboard with custom roles and module-level permissions behind it.

   Marketing module: Apple & Google Wallet passes, marketing-list sync

   Loyalty programmes go fully digital. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass issuance, open enrolment + approval queue, bulk import from legacy vendors, and consented members synced to your marketing tool (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

    The inventory grid now loads with an instant skeleton, remembers per-user saved views, and respects per-location access on the same surface.

    Counting module: guided + blind, multi-counter

    Stocktake on any phone or handheld, with several staff counting the same session at once. Bluetooth-scanner or camera scanning, ERP write-back when finalised.
