We kept meeting the same person: a brilliant buyer in a multi-location retailer, holding the whole supply chain together in their head and a stack of spreadsheets. When they took a holiday, replenishment wobbled. When they left, it broke.
The tools meant to help hadn't kept up. Legacy planners automated the arithmetic but never the judgement, they'd hand you a number and walk away. So the judgement stayed manual, stayed tribal, and stayed fragile. We didn't think that was a forecasting problem any more. We thought it was finally an AI problem.
So we built Stokk to make the decision, not just the chart, to read every supplier and every store overnight and hand the buyer a reasoned order list in the morning. On top of the ERP they already run, live in two weeks, explainable line by line. That's the product. The rest of this site is just us showing our work.
